Gourmet Paradise (Opening Q1 2026)

Gourmet Paradise is set to open at Level 2 of Parc Point in Q1 2026, becoming one of the first food and beverage establishments at Tengah's second neighbourhood centre. Operated by Koufu, one of Singapore's leading food court operators, Gourmet Paradise will offer a wide variety of local favourite dishes and dining options for the growing Tengah community of over 12,000 households.

Known for its heartland food offerings, Gourmet Paradise currently operates popular outlets at Toa Payoh Hub, Marina Square, and Oasis Terraces Punggol. The Parc Point outlet will bring the same quality dining experience to residents of Park District, including those at Parc Residences @ Tengah, Parc Glen, Parc Clover, Parc Woods, and Parc Flora.

The food court is part of Parc Point's unique wellness-integrated design, which features a wellness trail connecting the neighbourhood centre to residential blocks and the multi-storey car park. Visitors can enjoy their meals and then explore the terraced gardens, sky terraces, and the 1.5km Rainforest Walk that weaves through the precinct. The remaining shops at Parc Point will open progressively after Gourmet Paradise and FairPrice commence operations.
