FairPrice Supermarket is set to open at Level B1 of Parc Point in Q1 2026, becoming one of the first retailers at Tengah's newest neighbourhood centre. As Singapore's largest supermarket chain operated by NTUC FairPrice, this outlet will serve the growing community of over 12,000 households who have already collected their keys in Tengah, including residents of Parc Residences @ Tengah and surrounding developments in the Park District.

Residents of Tengah can look forward to convenient access to daily groceries, fresh produce, household essentials, and a wide range of local and international products. The basement-level location ensures easy access from the multi-storey car park and seamless connectivity to the 190-metre sheltered retail street linking Parc Point to adjacent HDB blocks.

This FairPrice outlet is part of the broader development at Parc Point, a 16,000 sqm neighbourhood centre that will house over 40 shops including a polyclinic, dining options, and retail services. The remaining shops will open progressively after FairPrice and Gourmet Paradise commence operations, giving Tengah residents access to a wider range of daily amenities close to their homes.
